Terms of service

These terms cover bookings, packages and appointments with Secret Tanning Co, operating from 35 Turtles Bend, Secret Harbour WA 6173.

Bookings

Bookings are made by phone or text. Your appointment is confirmed once we have spoken or exchanged messages and agreed a time, a message on its own is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can go to someone else.

Packages

Packages are paid upfront and are drawn down one tan at a time. They are not refundable for change of mind.

Preparation and results

The result of a spray tan depends heavily on your preparation and aftercare. Guidance is provided before and after every appointment and is published in the FAQs. We cannot guarantee a specific result where that guidance has not been followed.

Skin sensitivity

Please tell us about any allergy, skin condition or pregnancy before your appointment so a patch test can be arranged. A spray tan provides no protection from the sun; wear sunscreen outdoors as you normally would.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
