What we collect

This website has no forms and collects nothing from you. When you call or text to book, we keep your phone number, your name, and any notes needed to service your booking, nothing more.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm your appointment, and provide the service. We may contact you about an upcoming or past booking. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your details stay on the phone used to run the business. We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising purposes.

Health information

If you tell us about a skin condition, allergy or pregnancy so that we can adjust your appointment, that information is used only for that purpose, is not shared, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Call 0419 153 609 and we will action it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this address.
