The active organic ingredient in Natural Tan is DHA or Dihydroxyacetone. This is sourced from Germany and has been derived from plant sources such as sugarcane and sugar beets. When the DHA is combined with the natural based keto sugar (Erythrulose) in the product, it causes a skin interaction in the outer skin layers for a longer lasting tan. This provides a gorgeous tan within approximately two hours, with a non sticky, quick drying formula.
